A cozy stay with friendly faces

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who treated us like family. The room was comfortably furnished, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave for late-night snacks.

However, the breakfast options were limited to just coffee and bread without any spreads. It left us a bit hungry for more in the morning.

The breakfast had a waffle maker.

I was very disappointed in the safety of the Rodeway Inn. The smoke detector was unfunctional with its wire cut, and the window would only open about 2 inches due to a screw in the window frame. Additionally, the hotel desperately needs an update and deep cleaning. the hallways smell like smoke.

During my stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to Central Kansas Flywheels Yesteryear Museum, just a short walk away, and the nearby beautiful Oakdale Park, which was perfect for a refreshing stroll. I definitely felt that I could dive right into exploring the landmarks of Salina without any hassle. for weekend travelers, having major attractions and parks so accessible really makes for an enjoyable trip.

We had a comfortable king room with a clean bathroom and amenities like a fridge and microwave. The only downside was the dated carpet. otherwise, it was a great stay!

Finding a room late at night was convenient, and it was easy to locate. Enjoyed a delicious Neapolitan pizza from the lobby snack options. However, the hallways had an unpleasant odor, and my room's shower curtain was moldy with hair on the tub edge. The couch had a grimy stain, and the mattress sagged in the center, making for a less than restful night.

We loved the spacious Double Room, which was perfect for our large family. The kids enjoyed the cable programming, allowing us to relax after a busy day exploring Salina. The fridge and microwave were super handy for snacks too.

My children wanted a pool to play in during our stay.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hallway carpets need serious updating. Easy access to the highway. Breakfast could have more options.
